@Wild Weasel nice setup! Can you range out somewhere else at 40 & 60M. Interesting because I’ve found some buckings give strange “effects” as range increases. PS good ol’ fashioned Parker Hale gun oil is great for the trigger set, bolt lock mech etc.

Some might argue this is inspired thinking given how much value seems to be placed on original packaging when it comes to second hand sales. Cut out the frustration of trying to sell the actual RIF, just sell the thing that's clearly so desired.

Just had chuck of the bangs today. They are pretty loud. I might by a few more before they sell out or go up in price.

So, the Autobot 60° seems to have done a damn fine job coupled with a six g nub. 40mm groups!!! Rifle was clamped the whole shoot and the very first group shot is the one with the black ring round it. Range is 20 metres, black painted patch is 50mm square, bb's Geoff's naturals black in. 3g flavour, propellant is Mapp gas and she's shooting around 300fps with three clicks of hop. Now all I've got to do is sort out my bolt-lock again as the lube I'm using in 8° c makes it move up sluggishly causing the bolt to miss.

Still not a valid excuse for heresy.....

Snapped up a genuine Eagle Industries drag bag, which looks as good as new, for £80 including postage off fleabay. Christmas has come early, now if i can just get the cats to leave it alone.

Echo 1 GAT I've fancied one for a while but wasn't sure about the build quality. I'm actually very impressed with it. I refinished the steel, the real ones were parkerised but I like the look of heat and oil finished steel. Just working on a couple of short mags for it and waiting for the foresight to arrive as it didn't come with the gun.

So finally turned up, and gotta say. I can't honestly think of a better rif for the price, the Urgi rail even has geiselle trades engraved! Only thing I had to change was the hop rubber as with 28s, it was inconsistent, but an old tm hop rubber, that I had to cut as the de rubber was shorter. And now it is shooting awesome. Changed the stock to a ctr as well, but we'll happy.

I call her Sasha! Lovely E&L. Suffers from the issue that all E&Ls seem to have where tightening the pistol grip seems to push the motor up and you cant get the motor height right. That's going to have to be looked at. Shes shimmed a little tight as well. But shes a real looker! Also arrived is this ugly thing. JLS RX4. Brand new.

Yet another ‘itch’ that needed scratching , had a side folder ; TM AK74su and a fixed stock ; Cyma cm522 with ‘extras’ swapped and changed so decided I needed an under folder as well . So Cyma cm028s with yet more bits swapped out for and changed !

Finally finished my dream 105... dream AEG inside and out - primary forever! All that metal ? Well, it looks the tits ?
