DIY ambi mag release. Bought this one https://www.taiwangun.com/body-receiver-parts/aeg-ar-15-m4-ambidextrous-magazine-release-black-cyma cut off the part that keeps the LH release and dremel it and thread, then drill and thread the Marui release and glue it in. Works fine.
