I agree mostly on yout PTW Vs MWS comparison. I stopped using the MWS for woodland as not accurate enough over distance. However, I absolutely love the MWS for CQB.

Those trousers look a tad tight mate! ? But yeah its all coming together ? Knee pads are a good investment. I wouldn't be without them. Regards

I’d be interested in seeing some proper testing of if there is any improvement over the stock arm and this when using, for example, an omega nub and ML bucking.

Got myself a vest so I don't have to keep putting stuff in my trouser pockets and have them fly out and about as I try to run and some much needed knee pads!

I use Lonex flash mags primarily and they are a little bit stiffer to insert and don't fall when the mag release is pressed (no biggie), although my G&G midcaps became a cunt to insert, so I posted them for sale and bought some EPM clones from Battleaxe to try out. This on a MAXX ME Sport, as soon as I get home tonight I'll test this one and see what happens. Just me being an idiot really. I want to demonstrate that the psionic r-hop bollocks is way overpriced and I can achieve the same performance without dropping €100 on a barrel + patch. Also tighter groupings at range is a nice bonus.

Ha! The ongoing chase of ever decreasing circles eh? That said, if it is new old stock I've not really had any issues with mag compatibility with any of my Maxx hops (using PTS EPMs and, rather surprisingly, Nuprol mids).

Yeah we've already done a comparison between this thing and a genuine ME (sport), the build quality is the exact same, everything matches 1:1 so I assume it's just old stock that the factory rebranded to Kublai (while leaving the TE markings) and is selling for half-ish the price. I can find the same unit in Italy for €50 but at that point I can spend the extra €10/15 and get a genuine ME. All this bollocks so I can squeeze 10 more metres of range off my M4s while gaining a whole lotta compatibility issues with magazines

Just arrived from RedWolfAirsoft (HK) - Zparts URGI charging handle. Very nice and quality is 100% so much better than the stock TM one. (Already have the Zparts URGI front rail)

It's arrived!!! Out of the blue! Covered in dust and looks like it's been kicked around a fair bit. BUT hasn't been opened by border force, and everything is safe inside. But still.. 50 days this took to arrive! ?

Finished my SCAR-H finally now after 2 years. Only thing I'm missing is a black EGLM. https://imgur.com/a/vGdXzIF So shiny.

Yeah, just replaced all 5 o-rings and a perfect gas seal now. Used Lees Precision rings from their MWS kit and made sure to keep everything nicely oiled and not overtightened. I've circled the specific one that was missing on all my valves below, (though this is a photo of a different valve brand and not the exact same ones SAA use). If it's missing from your valve, but you can't see/hear it, it may be stuck on the threads the valve uses to screw into place. You might be able to unseat it using a toothpick or a small screwdriver if so.

Just tried to set up my spare Dynamic Precision bolt with an AG nozzle set up - absolute tosh. FPS was +/- 18 and all over the place! Replaced it with DP nozzle (very tough, dense feeling plastic, all DP springs) and RATech Black NPAS and it is much more efficient and FPS is pretty consistent. I will be taking the springs and screws out of the AG valve as back-up last-ditch spares and binning the rest!

URGI update... Although I loved the all black look I really wanted to break up the lines of the rifle and do something a little different. Picking up inspiration from an FBI HRT rifle I got a few key parts Cerakoted in Olive Drab Green and I'm really happy with how it's turned out! This build is now complete and I'm itching to start the next! Maybe some green magpul's to complete the look!? ?

Aaaand the unit doesn't feed.. Or rather, it straight up jams like a motherfucker.
