Hi all, Just bought my MWS CQBR and waiting for delivery, safe to say I'm excited! So my questing is: what else do I need? I'm thinking about trying to get away with 4 mags because i have a pistol and I'll just carry a speed loader and bag of BBs (am poor now lol). Will this be enough? Also, what gas do I need to use and what FPS will that give, what lube etc? Is there anything I need to know? Not bothered about upgrading and happy to just run stock but want your advice on how to look after it!

Picked up a G&P Magpul M4 with a locked up gearbox/trigger and missing stock and stock tube. Snagged it for 50 quid! Completely stock but with Magpul receiver, Pistol grip, handguard and foregrip. Cracked it open, seems that the cocking lever spring has been overstretched so the bolt cover won't spring back as it should. In the gearbox I found the spur gear shaft completely sheared off and the motor pinion well worn. Replaced the spur gear, Air seal was OK, but I switched out the full cylinder for a 4/5ths as well as a new piston and cylinder head (which had to be modified to fit the gearbox protrusions) Seems to be working OK if a little bit tight sounding. Going to grab some parts from AK2M4 to get her really purring, as well as a stock tube and stock. The intention is to have a full set of M4A1 and Magpul furniture to switch between.

I have one of their 370mm inner barrels in my MRE and had no issues whatsoever. ?

Again nothing toooooo epic , First game back this coming Sunday , SOOOO question is what to take ? decisions decisions ! ? At this point best bud who I’m going with pops up and says “let’s do a BHD loadout , we haven’t done a ‘film sim’ in years !” Ok I can dig that , he then says “let’s go rangers every dog and his mother does DELTA” yea a VERY true point there . Got most of the kit bar the helmet so I got a choc chip cover for a mich2000 I had squeezed it on but doesn’t look right to me SO yet another expenditure on kit !?‍♂️ Luckily not a great one as USMCPRO has a good sale on and picked up a cheapo M88 for not a lot of ? tokens . Got rid of the horrible black chinstrap , made a new more accurate one in Olive . happy now(ish) ! One does so hate being a Geardo ! ?

part can be found here: LINKY I printed in PLA at 100% infill and it seems fine. You can try ABS or some of the fancy infused PLA's for added strength. Here's a comparison between the stock Marui and mine.

cause I'm awesome I just printed 1 out at 100% infill and tried it and it is a drop in fit. No issues as far as I can see and I'll stick a link up for thingiverse a bit later once I upload it.

Specna Arms Rock River Arms SA-C06 CORE all dressed up with no where to go. Changed the flash hider for an Epsilon 556 VG6, the plastic stock tube for a metal one added a different stock and slapped a short Bipod, short Dot Scope and angled iron sights on for a DMR set up. Not sure about the irons .... maybe angled ris mount and back up RDS would look better instead?

Raptor, I have a VFC 19X and tried it on some Abbey gas. It didn’t like it a bit. I run it on Nuprol Red in the cold and it works a treat. No issues with feeding or consistency. CBH
