Imagine this scenario, a member is fed up with the silly prices some people are asking, they know what shit costs & where to get it, but options for speaking your mind & calling them out are limited, theres only one solution, use an obscure af email address to create an account purely for the purpose of ripping the shit out of them.? Thank God nobody here would do that?

Hey all I hope I find you well. Some of you will know me some not. Many of you I have met. I'm somewhat of a dinosaur now. I spent some time hunting 80-90-2000s spring guns. It became quite an obsessive project. I never thought I would get rid of any of them but I've come to realise much of the thrill was in the hunt, and I let one go and it was nice to let it go to someone else to enjoy. I'm not sure what I want to get rid of some of you will have watched as I amassed it. There are so many it's very hard to list. If there's anything anyone is interested in do give me a shout.

POTENTIAL SCAM. Replied to a wanted ad of mine using a picture I'm sure I've seen before on another ad. When asked for close up photos, I received cropped/zoomed parts of the main picture that was sent. When asked about using PayPal G&S was told that they didn't have a PayPal account.

Read the rules, the username & date needs to be on an additional piece of paper, not digitally added to the pics. The whole point is an attempt to add an extra layer of security, to protect ALL members, you included.

Had a morning / afternoon of cleaning and plinking!

Just finished putting back together my Classic Army/ASG M4 that exploded on the big PB Delta Day, turns out the stock CYMA gears and the extremely cheap DE piston I threw in there that was part of my parts box didn't like a Solink 28k brushless! Caused some extremely nasty PME and exploded both the spur and the piston - threw in some SHS 13:1s and a random CYMA piston I had laying around and it was shooting at 0.127J, only to realise I didn't hook the fucking tappet-spring back on! Sorted now, and it's shooting lovely at 1.107J on a 0.28g. Bosh

Due to Mrs TPH working late, and the joy of roadworks, I've just only set up camp and sat down to an isotonic sports scotch; all ready to fight the imperialist running dogs at the first Namsoft of the year. Du ban GI!

I've done the thing. I've got to the point where I don't think there are any more guns I want, unless I can get my hands on a Tanaka m24 (unlikely). Items that I might still get are a set of load-bearing kit in tan and maybe a helmet to go with my desert marpat and maybe more scopes if I feel like it, but I'm largely done. Will post my last(?) gun purchase when I get it tomorrow
