    Gunfire promised me a refund nearly 2 weeks ago. After querying it on Monday they said they are trying to get the money or products back from UPS. I just submitted a claim for a refund via Paypal. The dispute between Gunfire and and UPS is nothing to do with me.

    Stupid Bank Holiday. Cant find any site I can get to on public transport in the South East that A) Has space available and B) Hasn't moved the game day to Monday. Guess I'll spend the day staring at the wall tomorrow...

      @MiK sadly no. I was learning before the pandemic. Won't be back at it until I get my second shot.

      Don’t leave it too long matey - the learner needs vs driving test availability is absolutely insane atm.

      There’s like 13% less ADI’s now compared to before and there was like 350,000+ driving tests to get caught up on, not counting so many learners losing their tests due to theory tests expiring.

      I had one client who had their test one day after the first lockdown started……..he wasn’t best pleased but he passed just two days before the 2nd lockdown :D

    I have now given up on my order. UPS claim I refused the order, it's sat in a warehouse in Coventry for some reason. They asked me to ask Gunfire to start an investigation. I said that Gunfire started an investigation back in April. UPS claim Gunfire never started a claim. GF havent responded to my last 2 emails regarding an investigation. I have emailed Gunfire for a refund, if I don't receive it in the next couple of days, I will initiate a PP refund.

    Just rang UPS, answered almost immediately. Got passed to another person, they are unsure why I have the status message I have got on my tracking; as there clearly hasn't been a delivery attempt. The customer rep has left a message for the depot to contact me within the next hour with reasons.

    Day 78: Parcel has been missing for 25 days since being released by Government agency. Have emailed UPS and Gunfire twice. No response from either.

    Anyone got any spare standard M4 (non rotary) hop arms they would part with? For standard nubs. The one that comes with the Tavor just works horrible due to its double nub design.

    Cribbs would be ideal. I'll be Schlepping on Public Transport so some places will be out of reach. I'll be staying in Coalpit Heath so I can probably reach Cribbs by 9AM without issue. I did hear about the Cambourne site. I will be around Penzance and Plymouth area, so maybe Big Mommas north of Plymouth and the mine from Penzance.

    The Cribbs Black ops? I have been to the Portishead one. Always an option. I am thinking of going more into Cornwall and Devon, though I should visit the folks in Bristol.

    Yes. I have only just ordered it. Bargain for the money. Shipping kills it a bit though! These are made by E&L using the previous gen gearbox. Motor seems to be a white end bell Neo. I had considered buying before. But mags are rare as hens teeth. Look Like they managed to get a few in though. My intention is to go full Zentico with a PT1 stock and side rail mount. As this is a top loader the rear sight trunnion lacks the folding stock locking pin. Not that they could lock in with a PT1 anyway due to the mag width. Just needs a quality barrel, mosfet and Hop rubber and should be a goer! I am planning on spending a couple of months away from London on my own in the summer so bringing this would be ideal to visit some sites. No need to take more then two mags, just need a belt and dump pouch and the rifle folds down into a bag easily.

    Picked up a G&P Magpul M4 with a locked up gearbox/trigger and missing stock and stock tube. Snagged it for 50 quid! Completely stock but with Magpul receiver, Pistol grip, handguard and foregrip. Cracked it open, seems that the cocking lever spring has been overstretched so the bolt cover won't spring back as it should. In the gearbox I found the spur gear shaft completely sheared off and the motor pinion well worn. Replaced the spur gear, Air seal was OK, but I switched out the full cylinder for a 4/5ths as well as a new piston and cylinder head (which had to be modified to fit the gearbox protrusions) Seems to be working OK if a little bit tight sounding. Going to grab some parts from AK2M4 to get her really purring, as well as a stock tube and stock. The intention is to have a full set of M4A1 and Magpul furniture to switch between.

    So I made a huge mistake. It was the customs fee from an order I made at WGC a week ago. So still have no idea what's happening with the GF order!

    5x PPS shells cost 16 quid from Gunfire. 2x PPS shells cost £14 here. So 20 shells cost 64 quid from Poland or 140 quid in the UK. I understand things are more expensive here. But frankly we are price gouged in this country for many things. And considering many UK airsoft shops buy from the EU for stock. Why shouldn't I? Even before we left the EU, whenever I purchased abroad I was aware I would likely not send anything back. Everything gets upgraded anyway.

    Finally got a customs payment email. 62 quid on a 145 quid order... That's more like 43% of the value... Ridiculous. Lets hope I actually see the item in the next week. Coming up to 2 months next week.

    More sizing woes: Got my Russian Sniper suit and Black Moss suit through! They sent the wrong size sniper suit. Its a 58/60 when I asked for 56/58. Even wearing a belt up around my belly button isn't enough! 

     

    Seller has asked me to look at someone who can do alterations here... I doubt anyone would take it on considering the rear of the trousers are made of mesh with string vest material sewn into it... 

     

    I'll probably end up sending it back to Russia ?
