Hey guys, got a few new videos up, including one of my new Quadrotor. Furthermore, my PC build video is coming up soon, and I'll get back into Airsoft as well, so stay tuned!

Frankly, it's too small. The gun is a standard WE Gen 4 G17 with a custom installed fibre optic red foresight, the orange fibre optic rear sight off my WEI Tech slide, a Silverback laser grip, a RHC Magwell and RRL, and a large amount of tape on the grip. Oh, and an 11mm to 14mm thread adapter on the front. My MP7 was shooting hot that day, and my backups were all in the shop, so I was pistols only that day. Absolutely brilliant, and the gun preformed flawlessly, even though it was a bit cold.

My SOLO streams to the controller in 4k

I have one, a 3DR SOLO. Not cheap. I will be using a it for airsoft, but only for filming purposes; an airial cameraman. When using it I will be off to the side as part of no team, with a high viz on to indicate so. I know people personally to do this, and it's worked well for them. Most marshals will make sure to tell people about the quad (in my case, I absolutely hate using the word "drone", as it makes most people think of weapons platforms or NSA or something...), so it won't get shot down. And flying at 30-50m up basically ensures no stray bbs could hit it.

Born in North Carolina, spent most of my time in Tennessee, and currently in Florida (6 states total). But I lived overseas for 6 years after TN, and have returned to the States for uni.

And trigger, I meant in total; however my earlier post kinda contradicted that... (See pic) Anyway, I cannot garentee I will be back until next December . I may come back to the UK early June for a week or so, but no idea what I will be doing then...

Unlikely. Having 2 Americans is like finding a perfect cuppa anywhere in the states... I was running with a TM MP7 with a bright (950 lumen... Holy crap!) strobe. I did spend a decent amount of time in the basement that day, so who knows.

Figured I'd make a post instead of people maybe seeing my status update. So who's gonna be there? I'll be using an MP7 and G17. The back of my helmet has a tan AFUK patch. The visor of my DYE mask is yellow.

Haha, it's fine. There are pages of duplicate threads out there. From what I've looked at (as this is something I've been interested in for awhile) airborne platforms are a big nono. Take any airsoft gun with a high cap, add on the weight of a drone, then hit yourself on the head with it at terminal velocity... Not pretty to think about... Now, I go to FIT in Florida, and myself and a few others have been thinking about making an airsoft version of the TALON/SWORDS bots for terminator style games. We've already sorted sensors, capabilities, different models, etc. just not sure if we are actually gonna do it; a few of the sites around me have expressed interest, so we might just do so in the upcoming years. But a flying bot would be too difficult for a site to allow, I feel.

Hmm, flying platform, not the best idea. First off, you would be looking at like, 6 minutes of battery maybe. Then, I know for sure that a drone can be take down by an airsoft gun; one to the prop will ok it.
