smart charger not turning green?

Noobish question but its my first time charging these 3300 batteries and its been about say 4 hours no green light I took them off as concerned

 

 

How long is a normal charge I got told 2 hours

From what it's calculated it will take 9 hours and 54 minutes.

Who told you two hours? 500mA milliamp / hour, 3000mAh so ~ 9 hours for a full charge.

A friend but tbh I don't think he knew the proper battery type think he was just assuming. How long can I expect one to last I have two just incase
