Dan88 Posted June 30, 2014 Posted June 30, 2014 Thinking of ordering this tomorrow, anyone got this or know if it's worth buying? I like the idea of full metal, and generally like the look of the gun. http://www.airsoftworld.net/airsoft-guns/airsoft-bb-gun-type/airsoft-bb-gun-rifles/airsoft-bb-gun-m4-m16/jg-colt-m4-cqbr-airsoft-rifle-aeg.html Thanks.
Supporters Monty Posted June 30, 2014 Supporters Posted June 30, 2014 For the price you can get a better gun. Samurai and Airsoft_Mr B 2
Dan88 Posted June 30, 2014 Author Posted June 30, 2014 I just liked the look of it, only seen a few YouTube reviews which seemed decent.
TacMaster Posted June 30, 2014 Posted June 30, 2014 The metal used in the production of that gun will be crappy pot metal, very brittle and liable to snap easily. You can get a G&G Combat machine M4 for under £130 in some places and the plastic used in it is some of the best. It'll be stronger than Cyma's metals any day. As for internals, Cyma guns tent to shoot too hot for a lot of sites so they'll need downgrading out of the box. G&G CM M4s shoot around 330 FPS +/- 5 FPS, so they're perfect for CQB places that have a tolerance and any woodland site.
Airsoft_Mr B Posted June 30, 2014 Posted June 30, 2014 I have a CYMA M4. Wouldn't recommend. I thought it looked good in the reviews as well, but in hindsight I really wish I'd got a Combat Machine instead. Monty 1
