Airsoft_Mr B Posted July 1, 2014 Posted July 1, 2014 £50 is a pretty standard price for GBBR mags AFAIK. I've seen G&G M4 gas magazines are £35 but their gas rifles aren't very good so I don't know if the mags are any good.
Supporters Monty Posted July 1, 2014 Supporters Posted July 1, 2014 It won't work. And I don't know where you're looking for the magazines, but they definitely aren't £50. http://www.zerooneairsoft.com/product_info.php?cPath=272_326&products_id=6072 http://www.justcauseairsoft.co.uk/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=208 http://www.patrolbase.co.uk/airsoft/we-g36-gbb-gas-magazine-black.htm#.U7KXj_ldWSo CaptainDumbass 1
Airsoft beams Posted July 1, 2014 Author Posted July 1, 2014 They are all £40 per mag I can get we m4 mags for £20
Supporters M_P Posted July 1, 2014 Supporters Posted July 1, 2014 Buy an m4 then. Monty and CaptainDumbass 2
CaptainDumbass Posted July 1, 2014 Posted July 1, 2014 Or just stay well clear from ggbr's? Considering you will only be able to use them certain times of the year and it costs double if not more what it would to keep an aeg maintained Airsoft_Mr B 1
Supporters M_P Posted July 1, 2014 Supporters Posted July 1, 2014 You can use a gbbr all year, especially a g39, which handles the cold very well.
Airsoft beams Posted July 1, 2014 Author Posted July 1, 2014 Yeh there is something I like about GBBR's, I will have a aeg as well I will also run it on propane which will bring the price down a lot. The main thing I want it for is milsims when I can only use 500 bbs. And they are more realistic.
TacMaster Posted July 1, 2014 Posted July 1, 2014 I will also run it on propane which will bring the price down a lot. Propane or no propane, you'll still have to maintain the working parts Airsoft_Mr B 1
Airsoft beams Posted July 1, 2014 Author Posted July 1, 2014 I know that but silicone oil and some man hours and we will be good. To be honest this thread is not aeg vs gbbr it is mags for gbbr
CaptainDumbass Posted July 1, 2014 Posted July 1, 2014 I understand but we are just trying to warn you and make sure you are 100% possitive this is the type of RIF you want. To answer your question. There is no known G36-M4 mag adapter for gbbrs. You would have to buy g36 mags or just get an m4. However if you have the money what I would suggest is using HPA to power your gun and using standard g36 aeg mags such as hicaps or drum mags and still have the amazing kick and feel of a gbbr with better gas efficiency. For more details look at this guys channel and look at what he did to his scar and also check out his website as he now sells components and what not.
