Help on cheap plate carrier

I have trolled about the net looking for a cheap plate carrier for my loadout (non specific just want one).

I have found one or two on Ebairsoft and have seen that many customers have had good experiences and were happy with the end product, though they do not accept any returns nor do they ever reply to messages.

So:

 

1. Does anyone know where to find any cheap plate carriers (as I do not care a whole lot about having genuine gear)

 

2. Are these good/ a good buy:

Nothing wrong with the TMC gear but personally I wouldn't buy it from ebairsoft. As you say at best they're uncommunicative!

then again, many are very happy purchasing from them! I currently use a TMC chest rig, I can't fault it.

I did think that TMC had a good rep. but ebairsoft... not so much. Thanks guys, I'll sleep on it
