The best youtube channels for airsoft?

Hi guys!

 

I´m looking for the best airsoft videos out there. Someone has to be making high production value vids with the amount of.. enthusiasts that we have in our community.

Please post links to the best ones you know of or can find to save me from the boredom at work.

well it depends: scout the doggie doesn't do POV however his are more about the guns. We have reviews by Ckinnerly (chris @remftacticool) and all sorts of videos from airsoft ed (bullet4myenemy).

 

falcon also makes videos (dx115falcon) and we have a few more on here. Apart from that yeah some of the american people do head cams, it's what I enjoy watching

I am the already mentioned Falcon.
And yes, I do make airsoft videos & put them on YouTube. All of my clips are filmed in first person on my GoPro Hero3 in HD quality in the UK. I usually have a new video up every Saturday at about 3pm UK time. I have a lot of skirmish videos with my MP5K, as well as some first person sniping videos by one of my teammates. But yeah, most of them are good. EpicAirsoftHD (Jai) and NASH airsoft (Andrew) make GREAT videos. I would give Deathcore a miss, as well as a few other Americans such as "CrazyNCMan". Guy just pisses me off

I like this thread. I wnted to create like a dictionary of good channels but you seem to have started it .

I will say that the red wolf Chinese guy (not racist) seems to have a good sense of humour, about the only retailer I can watch and laugh about, and the reviews seem honest. Also, gustav solin is very wacky, he created a hpa tapped pistol, with, wait for it a box mag in his backpack and a feeding tube, so he had a pretty op pistol.

Cafe racing, IMO has the nicest P*, and his sniper videos are great as well

depends what you want to watch really! reviews, gameplay, gear, etc etc... everyone's good at something different.

I cant stand redwolf, as the guy talks really slowly and simply it just annoys me. I like gustav solin too and that hpa pistol is ridiculous. Not seen any of cafe racing but will definitely check him out.

With redwolf, they did have that fat bloke who never washed his hair, and clearly knew nothing, however the Chinese guy does have humour, watch the G&P line video to get what I mean...

just watched the latest video, very professional and serious, guess thats milsim. Would love to get into it when i'm a bit older, how many people are on "teams" currently, and how does it work, e.g you all know each other and team up with others? I have no idea so please help me out

Yeah i know they are all tryiing to sell, but i find that jets gameplay videos, longer ones as well as the garrys mod shorter ones are fun to watch. Maybe not with airsoft GI though, i used to watch them more when i had only just started and learnt quite a lot. That was before the other presenter left though.

I assume that the "Fat bloke who never washed his hair, and clearly knew nothing" you mention is ArcLite? That guy pretty much MADE RedWolfTV! I always enjoyed his videos- very informative and such. Tim "the Chinese guy" is a lot more entertaining and laid back to watch, mainly because he seems to have a really good sense of humour. As a result, I personally prefer him to Taz and ArcLite.

 

If you do watch RWTV, it is worth remembering that they ARE a retailer so they WILL be trying to sell you their products (for a prime example, just watch their "best airsoft gasses" video- it's basically an advert for Airsoft Surgeon gas). Doesn't make them any worse a channel, but you should always be wary of retailer channels as they are using these "review videos" as a way of promoting products on their website. EvikeTV, AirsoftGI TV and Airsplat are really bad for this, because the three of them are in direct competition with each other more than anyone else in the USA.

For a UK example of YouTube being used to promote low quality products and make them seem like teh bestest gnu, see some of JAMBWOW's videos (yeah, I know I always bring him up). Jambwow is MD of JustBBGuns, and his videos are absolutely hilarious for the experienced airsofter to watch. Some of his videos, such as THIS ONE, make even the lowest of low-end LPEGs or springers to be the greatest skirmish-grade gun ever.

You love taking the piss out of jamb wow don't you, but then I guess he deserves it for practically scamming little children. His vids are funny til you scroll down and see the kids orgasming over bright orange spring revolvers.

Oh yeah, Tim, he's funny. Let's face it, no one takes taz seriously, too busy drooling (I'm kidding) and arclite needs some new shampoo.

 

Tbh I see redwolf also doing many videos outside of trying to sell you stuff which I like far bat than say evike. Gi has bob, and no idea about airsplat...

Saying that gi does a great tech video series on building the guns and all the challenges including the tech races which are good and the money challenges (where you keep to a budget) which are good imo...
