Steelrain Posted November 1, 2014 Posted November 1, 2014 Hi, I was looking at a Dboys g36c and wondered if they are any good? Prior to this I was looking at a Gr4 G26 (http://www.proairsoftsupplies.co.uk/acatalog/gr4_g26_standard_plastic_blow_back.html) but not sure if now I fancy the g36. I'd appreciate any advice.
Supporters Monty Posted November 1, 2014 Supporters Posted November 1, 2014 You'd be better off with a more 'reputable' brand, SRC, JG, TM, CA all make excellent G36's. The G26 feels very plasticy with visible seam lines and IMO the furniture looks very strange. Airsoft_Mr B 1

Supporters Sitting Duck Posted November 2, 2014 Supporters Posted November 2, 2014 Not being funny but why the sudden interest in G36's today or last 24hrs ??? don't tell me COD Advance Warfare has the G36 as one of the default classes/weapons and people have just discovered it coz this is about 4th G36 enquiry I mean its good for cqb the G36c but it doesn't walk on water though I know the 360 & PS3 versions got leaked over last 24/48hrs but can't see other reason why the sudden rush of interest all of a sudden well more than usual soz - no offense meant to the OP's didn't see G36 but saw AK12 - oooh & ARX-160 from BF4 http://www.theadvancedwarfare.com/aw/weapons-list/ soz for veering off topic but just wondered why so many G36 posts Monty and Airsoft_Mr B 2
Steelrain Posted November 2, 2014 Author Posted November 2, 2014 Unfortunately not had the chance to see or play cod lately (booo) but I just like the look of the G36c and thought it would be less common on site but by the sounds of it no?! Although the advice so far points to G&G anyway which was my original choice, so I'll prob head down that road :-)

Supporters Monty Posted November 2, 2014 Supporters Posted November 2, 2014 They're very common, mostly used as hire guns. Esoterick 1

Steelrain Posted November 2, 2014 Author Posted November 2, 2014 Their other M4's, just not that one. I was looking on pro airsoft supplies and there's a hell of a lot to choose between...cutting it down by price, I'm looking to spend around 160-200 just not sure where to start.
Supporters Monty Posted November 2, 2014 Supporters Posted November 2, 2014 I'm looking to spend around 160-200 just not sure where to start. Go for the one that you like the look of, they'll all perform pretty much the same.
Supporters Samurai Posted November 2, 2014 Supporters Posted November 2, 2014 The Dboys g36c is an Ares copy so it has quite good ebb. It moves a weight and it does have some nice kick. It has quick spring change and a AR latch release when you put it to safe. Also, after cleaning it was the most accurate unmodified aeg I've seen. Also the externals are really nice too. Only bad thing is that since it's an Ares copy, not a TM, there are less aftermarket parts. Not that it needs any.
