Th3Rabb1t Posted December 21, 2014 Posted December 21, 2014 Hey Guys and Gals, Fairly new to airsofting so sorry for the newbie questions. I got myself a HoneyBadger which is only running around 250 FPS, site limit is 350 so aiming to push it up to that. One of the guys at the game recommended a M110 spring to do this but i'm not sure what brands are reputable or whether that really matters? Also a side note, I want a verticle front grip, would this just be a standard one that I need to buy? Thanks for the help
THE FNG Posted December 21, 2014 Posted December 21, 2014 In theory, m110 wil take you over 350. A good bet would be an m100 which tend to give around 320 - 340 fps depending on barrel length and make of spring. A madbull m100, which is a good make, gave me 345 fps in my scar with a tightbore, 340 without. Hope this helps Th3Rabb1t 1

Hope this helps Yeah they suggested both, one guy who had one said he used the M110 and once he'd put a few mags through it it settled down to 340-350 (site has a 10% leniency). Think I may go for the M100 as you say and see what that's like, still performed pretty welly today on 260fps anyway so anything higher is a bonus. Still confused by the rail system on it for buying a grip and site, it provides a modular rails with it but not sure what size the rails are? (ie 20mm)
THE FNG Posted December 23, 2014 Posted December 23, 2014 All airsoft rails and real steel rails are 20mm in width. Pretty much any sight/scope/grip etc will fit on the rails you have.
