Popular Post DEDSEC Posted May 22, 2015 Popular Post Posted May 22, 2015 Hello all! So after manyyy months and a lot...of money spent getting the correct gear, I think it's safe to say I've near completed my BF4 inspired kit! It basically all started with my loadout purely being based on the US Assault kit (shown below) However, the backpack and some of other the other kit used by the "medic" such as the Tactical Tailor 40mm grenade belt cost a small fortune so I branched out and decided to combine the US Assault kit, with the US support kit (shown below) I'm not going to spend the time doing an entire in-depth kit list as I'm short of time as of now (2 pm), but will happily answer more specific questions if anyone is curious as to what is what. A basic kit list though: Head: Ops Core ballistic helmet ESS low profile ballistic goggles Ops Core Contour mount MS2000 IR E-Lite Comtac 2 ear protection (under helmet and not visible in the below photos) GoPro Hero PC: LBT 6094 x2 ballistic plates (front & rear) x2 triple 5.56 magazine pouches LBT triple 5.56 insert x2 pistol magazine pouches (one containing a 40mm grenade and the other a speedloader) x2 glow sticks U94 PTT Rogisi radio pouch with a Kenwood 16 channel radio Viper one day backpack (contains gas, bb's, other essentials) 11 inch bolt cutters (inspired purely from the US Support class) Small multicam utility pouch (contains 11.1v 2200mAh LiPo) Mil-Tec utility pouch (contains grenades when bought at my local site) This is only the headgear and PC setup. A full kit review may be done in the future depending on how well this post does in the terms of interest etc. Ta! MZKaleem, Sappysid101, airsoftwarrior147 and 3 others 6
Colonel Kurtz Posted May 22, 2015 Posted May 22, 2015 May have spent a bit of dosh but probably still cheaper than buying all the DLC for BF4 OneRavo 1
DEDSEC Posted May 22, 2015 Author Posted May 22, 2015 May have spent a bit of dosh but probably still cheaper than buying all the DLC for BF4 Got premium haha. Lozart 1
Colonel Kurtz Posted May 22, 2015 Posted May 22, 2015 Good stuff, I got in to BF4 late so got the unlocks/cheat pack too, which kinda regret as removed half the game!
MxHaze Posted May 22, 2015 Posted May 22, 2015 Ah dude this is awesome, the support guy looks better than the assault guy imo tho. You need to get a 45deg offset molle plate so you can angle your back pack. you've even got the bolt cutters! love it. my m4 is an exact copy of the bf4 m4 with the standard silencer vert grip and red laser with the Chinese 4 scope (jmg x4 or something or other) even bought ranger plates for my mids and wrote the same numbers on the stock as the game haha. Appreciate it buddy! That's pretty cool though, I might build myself a gun from BF3/BF4 too and have a complete loadout. Bolt cutters will either be getting painted or wrapped in camo tape though as I don't like the bright blue! Found them in my garage, god knows how long I've had them in there haha. They have however very nicely balanced the PC out now, it used to be pretty ground heavy (obviously) but now it's balanced and comfortable to wear for prolonged periods of time. Not just cosmetics you see!
murph Posted May 25, 2015 Posted May 25, 2015 Hold up... is that a 'MURPH' patch I see? Airsoft_Mr B and DEDSEC 2
OneRavo Posted May 26, 2015 Posted May 26, 2015 BF2 will forever be the superior Battlefield game! <3
DEDSEC Posted May 26, 2015 Author Posted May 26, 2015 Hold up... is that a 'MURPH' patch I see? Indeed it is, last names Murphy haha. Had the nickname Murph or Smurf for since the 90's. murph 1
airsoftwarrior147 Posted May 26, 2015 Posted May 26, 2015 Love it, nearly started a Dunn style loudout but decided against due to costs
DEDSEC Posted May 26, 2015 Author Posted May 26, 2015 Love it, nearly started a Dunn style loudout but decided against due to costs Why not go for something else you like the look of which has more simplistic kit? American Sniper loadout or maybe a BlackHawk Down loadout?
airsoftwarrior147 Posted May 27, 2015 Posted May 27, 2015 American sniper is kinda generic nowadays and I don't hVe the patience for sniping, blackhawk down was a maybe until I brought a was dcs ( loosly styled 6094) I'll just keep going and eventually slowly work up to getting an accurate one DEDSEC 1
Happy Posted May 27, 2015 Posted May 27, 2015 Sweet looking loadout mate and it's not often I say that about UK/US inspired kit. I'm sure those bolt cutters will come in handy - we could have done with a pair at The Gaol this Sunday as one of our objectives was behind a door chained shut DEDSEC 1

Indeed the bolt cutters are handy, we had a demolition game on Sunday and there were three padlocked boxes in which we had to escort a team member with a key to active and destroy whilst the other team defended. One pleb lost the key! So having bolt cutters were very handy although they weren't too happy about the padlock... Happy and kerby91 2
