PhillRC Posted August 9, 2015 Posted August 9, 2015 I'm thinking of booking it for my first game next week, do you think it would be alright with just a pistol ?
airsofter2015 Posted August 9, 2015 Posted August 9, 2015 I dont know much about CQB but if you have a gas pistol you are going to need a lot of gas and a lot of mags.
RR01 Posted August 9, 2015 Posted August 9, 2015 To be honest, no. Although the venue is semi only, you are going to be out-ranged and out-classed by those of us that use rifles. They do limit ammo per game, but unless you are carrying about 10-15 mags with you you'll have to leave the game and re-load in the safe area every few minutes, as in-game reloads are not allowed. If you want to go, book in and hire one of their rifles and just use your pistol as a backup. And an electric G18 isn't going to be anywhere near as good as a GBB pistol even in that environment. They are better as a backup for winter woodland games where gas cool down limits how well GBB pistols work in cold weather. beastmode 1
beastmode Posted August 9, 2015 Posted August 9, 2015 Been there today. I personally wouldn't use a pistol only there. Some parts of the site you need a bit more range as it's such a big site.
