Soldering motor connections?

Can you solder wires directly onto the motor connections?

Yep buy it makes it a pain in the arse if you need to take the motor out to fix something mid game!

But I've done it in a pinch to get something working.

If you are happy that the gearbox is spot on, then go for it, makes the best electrical connection available. If not, just use spades like everyone else.
