TheWhiteRabbit Posted January 1, 2016 Posted January 1, 2016 So I bought this HG 192 co2 pistol and it was working fine for about 3 days and managing 100 shots per CO2 capsule at least, however now it manages about 8 shots before all the CO2 'vents' out on to the capsule?
Supporters sp00n Posted January 1, 2016 Supporters Posted January 1, 2016 If it was bought new, I would return it mate.
TheWhiteRabbit Posted January 1, 2016 Author Posted January 1, 2016 Yeah it was so I think I may do just that, it's not the gun I figured it's the magazine. The CO2 leaks from the pin that punctures the capsule so that the gun manages fewer shots than its usually capable of
TheWhiteRabbit Posted January 1, 2016 Author Posted January 1, 2016 Already have a second magazine on its way as I bought it before the problem occurred so ill test that magazine and if it works fine I'll send the original magazine back for a replacement.

straffham Posted January 1, 2016 Posted January 1, 2016 Thing with co2 mags is not to overtighten them. there is a built in plasticky sealing ring (usually white) around the 'pin' which is supposed to stop leaks but they can be damaged by overtightening. Basically when you screw it in and the seal punctures you only need tighten it until it stops hissing, don't necessarily tighten it as tight as you possibly can. Other than that have you lubed the gun at all, is it still cycling freely?
