Right, so I a want to get a 417 GBBR after using my mates KA sr25. But I'm not sure if they come npas or a valve to change fps. Any help would be great guys :))

The VFC?

Most will not include a way to downgrade the fps, so an npas or fg-airsoft lfs disc can be used.
