Hello buds , need advice. How can I fix it or from where I can buy one of this ? The RIF is LCT AK 74.

Assuming you want to stick with Tamiya, you could go with this:

Or you could do a 'proper job' and convert the gun and battery to Deans connectors

I'd solder a new connector, xt or deans would be much better than tamiya. 

Which ever you can match with your chargers/other batteries.
