JG LK58 3000 (FAL) Downgrading help?

I've got a JG Fal (LK58 3000) and I need to downgrade it as the fps is too hot for my local field, are there any good breakdown videos or tutorials for switching out the spring? I've looked and I can't seem to find any anywhere
