Back to Square one as the saying goes.

 

RIF stuffed, broken finger, strained back, kidneys trying to escape and to round it off, I had a bout of something that had me vomiting and retching that hard, I am sure I saw my own arsehole. 

It was the retching that screwed my lower back up, which wasn't nice.

I now need to get back in to shape after being out of action for 2 months.
