Bifrost M11 fine thread size

I’m look the buy a fine thread Tap to modify my inner barrel, to attach a acetech Unit. 
 

Trace adapter Thread: M14- / M14- to M11+

 

would anyone know which tap size would be correct?

 

M11 x 0.75mm

M11 x 1.0

M11 x 1.25

M11 x 1.5

Just put a thread pitch gauge on a WE pistol with internal threads and its 11x1, i would assume that's the thread the adapters are for.

Here’s an update. 
 

The M11 X 1.0 tap worked. 
 

No clearance issues with the inner barrel, once the acetech adapter is installed. 
 

Tracer unit works and Fires. 
 

TM G26’s outer barrel is plastic, cracking and failures are bound to happen. but in the meantime ?.
