Warhead base 27k motor locking up in semi

So just installed my shiny new warhead base 27k motor and it occasionally locks up in semi and I have to go to full auto to clear it. I have a perun v2 hybrid so it not feathering it just makes a clicky crunchy noise.

 

I initially thought my anti reversal latch had gone so I checked swapped it but the issues remains
