'The Cage' Airsoft Tech - AITA?

Hi does anyone have any experience of 'The Cage' airsoft tech?

 

Submitted a website ticket for a serious internal build, took about a week to get a response to that (and it was a holding response at best), which asked if i still wanted assistance, responded yes and chased a few more times.

 

At this point i'm wondering if its worth persevering?  Or AITA?

 

Has anyone used them?  Good or bad service?

FWIW I've bought a few things from The Cage and has always been top notch, not gauging on price, items packed well and delivered quickly.
