Fitting a titan for TM scar ngrs in inner London

Hi guys I recently got a TM scar ngrs and a gate titan for ngrs, however the tech in alpha guns just quit and I can find nowhere to get it fitted. Could anyone inform me where I can get it done (preferably in inner london)? Very appreciated
