L85A3 gears

i have been have some problems with my Ares L85A3 I keep having two teeth broke on mechanical harden steel gear with magnet part number is MHG-013 has any one has this issue and have you find a solution.

Need to get a replace gear

And to fix the cause of the breaking I suspect shimming issues from factory
