What's the 'enable shipment' option for in adverts?

Sorry about this, but was just wondering what the 'enable shipment' option is for when placing an advert. 

 

Should this be filled in when offering p&p? 

 

-Shipment note

-Shipment name and value

Shipping method: 1st or 2nd Class Royal Mail or Express48 (for replica gunz) etc

Would that be under Shipment note, in which case what is shipment name for?

I think note would be any info like when you can send ie next day or at weekends etc.

Just put any relevant info.

I don't think its that critical.
