Earpy69 Posted March 26, 2024 Posted March 26, 2024 I’m looking at posting a rif however Iv never done so. Who do I use and to add I’m also doing a trade for a another rif
DaktariT Posted March 26, 2024 Posted March 26, 2024 I find parcelforce good and reliable. Good luck with the trade. Tackle and Enid_Puceflange 2
Enid_Puceflange Posted March 26, 2024 Posted March 26, 2024 I’ve only ever used PF48, not 24! Never had an issue, I tell the counter staff that it’s a model ? Ive only ever done 1 “trade/swap” I think it’s wise for the other party who is trading with you to send their item first

Also, regarding swaps, my rule of thumb is that the person with the least history sends theirs first, look at feedback/post count/time as a member, definitely don't rush in to send to someone who has just joined. While it might save a few quid posting via another courier if something goes wrong there's a big chance the courier won't pay out on the insurance Edited March 26, 2024 by Cannonfodder Tackle 1

Parcel force 24 is fine and royal mail now take RIF but the insurance won't cover them Tackle 1
EDcase Posted March 26, 2024 Posted March 26, 2024 (edited) For smaller items like pistols I use this link to post and many areas have the option to pick up from your house. https://send.royalmail.com/send/youritem?country=GBR&format&weight=&weightUnit=G Edited March 26, 2024 by EDcase Tackle 1
