GuilhermeNoronha Posted May 12, 2024 Posted May 12, 2024 Hi everyone, i need some help to start making BBs. i have a plastic indutry in Brazil, and now we on a project to make Airsoft BBs, the last answer we don’t find yet is what kind of additive i have to use for make different weight bbs. Without any additive i reached on 0,11g , what can i use for make 0,20g or 0,25g?? Apreciate your time for reading my doubt

I've noted before that 5.95mm of pure ABS would mass about 0.11g and PLA would be about 0.2g, so everything above that needs adulterated with some sort of mineral, whether that's metal or ceramic. I've seen barium phosphate suggested, or compressed talc. Some BBs contain magnetic metal, presumably iron.
