Guest JinxDuh Posted August 27, 2024 Posted August 27, 2024 (edited) How would one go about finding the right size for a threaded scope protector? If it helps, I have a vector optics Grimlock. It has a thread inside the tube, but new to me how to go about finding the size. Edited August 27, 2024 by JinxDuh
Supporters Lozart Posted August 27, 2024 Supporters Posted August 27, 2024 They're 30mm tube, so I'd say a 30mm killflash (assuming that's the kind of protector you're looking for).

Guest JinxDuh Posted August 28, 2024 Posted August 28, 2024 All of the options I found wouldn’t be delivered in time for the weekend, so I got… “creative” I ordered a G33 kill flash from Aliexpress which turned up last week, but didn’t fit my G33 (???) It was slightly too small for the LPVO to actually screw in, but it sits inside fine and then I used the dust cover to hold it in place
MorganL Posted September 2, 2024 Posted September 2, 2024 I have a Vortex Spitfire and bought the below kill flash just for the honeycomb then 3D printed an adapter for the front to fit in but you could easily just tape it on as you have done. https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B076PCYS2L?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1
