It was down at least a year ago and came back so I'd wait to see what the actual outcome is. I assume it was taken down because of the scams that sellers were hit by. As I understand it, it's run by a one-man army who worked on it in his spare time. He doesn't seem to respond to communications, not just with the recent spam but where there are/were some spammers/scammers who advertised this self help and general snake oil shite. neh0 1
