Very true BUT being a pedantic SoB when it comes to my self , my BDU’s were wrong because they where the 2nd pattern that had swapped the slightly darker sand colour for mint choc chip(I’m starting to see a chocolate chip theme recurring?)green hue instead which didn’t happen till after 9/11 . ?‍♂️ OCD can be a right pain at times ????

At least you underestimated for a change ? Most airsofters can shoot 200m like a friggin laser beam

It's a relatively new channel dedicated to doing methodical and scientifically sound reviews of airsoft replicas. If you ask me, they are quickly becoming the gold standard in how airsoft guns should be reviewed. Anyway, they just hit a homerun with their newest review of no other than the Tokyo Marui MWS. An absolute must watch for all followers of this thread! And if you ask me, the go-to review of the MWS (with BadaBing's being a very close second).

Should the inner barrel be more protected? There is now 3 mm between muzzle and inner barrel.

not sure if this really counts but printed out some bullet heads and fixed them to the inside of the AK12 magazine to improve the look.

Forget all that stuff I mentioned about bad range, I am clearly just a poor judge of distance. I am getting about 50-60m with abbey predator. Actually effective range 40-50m It was very nice playing with it today. Lots of kills and left a few welts on the enemy. One guy even complained that I shot him too close in the face with a "bolt action"... For reference it was about 12- 14 degrees C during chrono and it was doing 270FPS on .28s with Abbey Ultra Predator. Loved using this gun today!

So here is the latest addition to my MWS collection. 8” PDW build. As some of you will remember from the above I picked up an MTR to use the ambi lower in my competition gun. This is what I did with the bits I had left. Its the MTR upper receiver (I wanted the forward assist on my competition gun) with a regular MWS lower a guarder front end kit and a G&P PDW stock. Still a few bits to sort. NPAS is on order and I managed to bugger up the bolt catch due to my own clumsiness so trigger box will have to come out once the new one arrives, but other than that I’m quite pleased with it.

@Helyk can you get more vertical pistol grips for the MCX? Ive always been suprised SiG put such an angled grip on what is a close quarters gun. Got my P90 together and im back in love, shouldnt have sold my old one years back, running sweet at 22RPS / 325 FPS with perfect timing / no overrun fully mechanical on the original TM wiring! Just waiting on the Shadow Regime M-Trigger to land and i can hook it up with the WarFet I know Asomodai will respect the bullpup ?

Airsoft Artisan rail and suppressor finally arrived and fitted on the MCX?

Bought from @BigStewon these very forums , Foundry Airsoft HALO magnum kit , it’s actually intended for the Glock 17/18/19 but with a ‘wee’ bit of dremeling it fits nicely on an 18C . Safe to say my boy will be a VERY happy bunny when he gets home ? ?
