My Specna Arms I’ve been working on. Pretty happy with where it’s at atm for the externals. Possibly looking to change the grip for a small Handstop. After that it’s the internals to overhaul!

Having recently started pissing money up the wall on custom Hi-Capas, I can see how he’s ended up at that number. It probably cost a damn sight more than that to build! Something is only worth what others will pay though and the merit of all those fancy cnc parts is lost on 99.9% of buyers.

Realistically, nah. It’s going to send a tiny plastic ball about as far as the next pew. For me, I enjoy the tweaky side of things, knowing my kit is unique and I’m under no delusion that cost and performance are directly proportional.

Having a bit of a dilemma. Got a skirmish booked on Sunday and want to take my PSG but I feel like it people may think I’m one of those people if I do take it. Not sure what to do.

So I do a lot of testing of adapters while making new ones and often have it set way too tight to see if an adapter is working or if it’s worth refining to get it working nicer. when running it as a player I back the nut off till it’s just finger tight. Pop a mag in, ‘fill’ the mag, probably get about 5bbs in. Then tighten a little, ‘fill’, count bbs, repeat. To get the best life out of the feed cog you want it only just filling the mags. Any more tension than that and you’re putting unnecessary pressure on the cog. You want it turning freely with a full mag not clanking or just stopping.

Finished my DH17 in principal tonight. A few little details maybe to add but I prefer it with the stock still fitted, rather than the on screen pistol type. It's a smart team sterling, with a homemade aluminium forend and a real singlepoint OEG.

I’ve finally managed to get a PSG1 sight on my PSG1 strangely enough. Bloody hard going trying to find one and along the way I now own a TM PSG1 ffs. Haha ?

5x PPS shells cost 16 quid from Gunfire. 2x PPS shells cost £14 here. So 20 shells cost 64 quid from Poland or 140 quid in the UK. I understand things are more expensive here. But frankly we are price gouged in this country for many things. And considering many UK airsoft shops buy from the EU for stock. Why shouldn't I? Even before we left the EU, whenever I purchased abroad I was aware I would likely not send anything back. Everything gets upgraded anyway.

She is finally finished, my MWS Block II FSP! Stupid stock took 2 months to arrive...and it isn't even the right one, ordered a CTR, received a MOE ? . Anyways, for now she is finished and since yesterday she has a little brother from another mother, a wonderful GHK AKM!

Got a care package in the mail from Poland today so I am finally able to "finish" my Strike Industries build . Was only missing the takedown pins, buffer tube and adjustable scope mount, really happy with how the build turned out!

Update: So my order was placed on the evening of the 15th august for a rifle that was marked as in stock and ready for dispatch. Phone call from them on the 16th to say sorry, but it is actually on back order. Should arrive in 2-3 weeks, did I want to wait and they would sort out a free gift or something as a sorry, or did I want a refund. I said I would wait, only if they knew there were definitively getting them in in that time frame. "Yes, they should definitely be here by then" Fast forward 3 weeks... They have ignored my various emails and Facebook messages asking for an update, so I phoned them this afternoon. No apology and barely let me speak on the phone. Simply kept repeating "there are loads of folk waiting on A&K goods, they wont be here for around 2 -3 weeks" I've asked for a refund, which apparently can take 3-5 days to come through. I doubt I will use them in future.

Today was cold and rainy day. Thats why I like to spend more time in my cozy and warm house.Plus I bought new electric furnace here and in my house is really warmin winter and spring.
