Standard 144a is okay but can be too weak on a gun that is binding somewhere and can cause issues with the slide. Maintenance is full of lube and is not really designed for actual firing. Nuprol 2.0 would be fine and is ok in all but the really old tm pistols. Most times people claim that standard green gas knackered their guns they leave out the half a dozen times they dropped it which weakened something in the first place.

Actually most airsofters and even techs will offer advice and more, I have done hundreds of hours of free work to help people out because that is the way the community is for the most part. The general camaraderie in the community is second to none. Most techs will inwardly groan and back away once they hear the issue is because you messed with it without having a clue and fucked it up though. Most mags with the wider slot for you to load the mag that way the follower has a little grooved piece that slides down easy with your thumb those that don't I put a small metal tab into the follower. The wider slot makes it easier to move with your thumb nail.

Nope on double stacks just widen the slot to 6.2mm with a cutter and load the really easy way. Never got why some mags come like and it others don't.

£60 that is very cheap. Yeah Frontiers are cheap and so are baofeng radios but the ptt between the two costs a fair amount.

For most people it probably isn't a big issue but when we are PMing our coms need to be perfect. My fist mic has lemo and 3.5 connections plus 2 transmit buttons and a mute so it is a busy little thing.

Used to get too much background noise pick up. Probably wouldn't be such a big issue outdoors but indoors it was a pain. Had it all modified so radio transmission was all through the fist mic. Me and another marshal had it done along with dual channel coms through JC before he really put the business out.

No the ear mic on the racals is a pain in the arse. Mine is diconnected and they use the ppt fist mic.
