Dont waste your money

Best thing to get is a well built aeg that shoots just as far but is full auto and has no engagement distance. Was looking at a dmr not long ago that someone had put lots of time and money into and had locked it to single fire. It got about 5 metres more range than my gun and was no more accurate (I actually thought less accurate but didnt get chance for a proper test) and I only have a 247mm barrel length. I actually think the whole sniper rifle/dmr thing is a bit of a waste in airsoft.

Going to give it another couple of games and see how they go. I enjoy the tinkering and enjoy playing when you get a good group of players. Just dont get many days like that lately. Might start playing golf again at least that only involves getting annoyed at yourself.

I am thinking about it. Struggling to be bothered at the moment though, might just jack it in.

Best way to go is on your own. You will get to know other regulars and end up playing alongside them but are still able to do your own thing when you want.

A firearms ban can cover replica weapons thats probably why airsoft guns fall foul. Lets be honest it would be just as easy to threaten someone or do an armed robbery with a rif as it would a real gun.

I wouldn't worry about matching the brand of bbs to the gun there would honestly be no benefit. Just because Krytac make good guns doesnt mean they make good bbs. Doubt your local shop would get them anyway as they would have to import them the same as you. Just use any decent bb brand that are easily available.Krytac dont seem overly fussed with the UK market so I wouldnt hold my breath on the bbs turning up in uk stores anytime soon. Cant even get a Crb most of the time and when I emailed them about getting hold of something that I couldnt get in the Uk they wasn't exactly helpful. Give your cash to someone who backs the Uk market not just the US.

There not good starter guns they are just good guns but I know what you mean. Ics have some of the best stock internals around and their MP5'S are probably the best on the market. Good choice.
