Could just be bbs sticking in the mag. I had to emery mine before they would feed nuprol bbs. Blasters are the best ones to try as they are at the lower end of the size scale so generally feed well in most mags/guns.
Flip the gun upside down without a mag in and fire it if you cant see the air nozzle moving when you look in the feed tube its knackered. Send it back fixing it would require new parts and void your warranty.
Easiest thing to do is look on youtube for how to videos on your gun. There are plenty of step by step guides.
There is definitely a disassembly guide and guide on adjusting your hop.
Its easier for you to watch than it is for people to explain.
If its brand new you could just send it back. Most decent shops like Firesupport and Zero one would test the gun but justbbguns isn't a decent shop.
As for Bbs the best brand is probably ASG Blasters for most guns well made and a good size.
Any issues PM me.
Just get a TM the cheap ones are not very good. The P90 is one of those guns that there are very few good ones.
Tm = Good
G&G= ok
King arms= Pot luck some good some bad.
Everything else= junk
If you want an SMG style gun get an MP5 cheaper, more accessories and lots of good ones to choose from TM, Ics and G&G do good ones.
Ics Cxp Ape= Nice to look at build is ok nothing exciting.
Krytac CRB= Good internals well built. Nothing particularly new but everything that is there is good.
G&G= Lots of people like them I dont. Its the airsoft equivalent of beige its boring and nothing exciting.
Ghk= Not a clue
Get the Krytac new kid on the block and setting a new standard. Just change the grip because thats awful.
Either of the Tm ones will be decent.
Personally if I was going to spend £300 on a gun at the moment it would be this

Its probably £50 a time for a rental package but about £25 walk on so it might seem like you are saving £25 but your not really add up all the costs and owning your own kit doesnt save you much as you think. Gun a couple of batteries and charger about £170, face protection/eye pro £25 so that gives you £195 give or take a few quid.So when you play it costs £25 walk on and say you use a couple thousand bbs a time £6 that £31 to play you save £19. So you would have to go 10 times to get your money back for your gun and eye pro but if you play 10 times you will end up buying more kit within those 10 visits so you never really catch up. Give you a tip for me to break even I would have to play at least a 100 times more and never buy any more kit and thats not going to happen.
Airsoft is not a good sport for trying to save money but great for divorce and bankruptcy.
As has already been said above rent for 3 games get your ukara membership (its not a licence) have a look at what other players are using and talk them about the pros and cons of the weapons they are using.
When you have done that make a more informed decision on what you want. Remember other peoples opinions are exactly that opinions and they are subjective choose what YOU like.
Difficult question you need to be more specific.
Whats your budget?
What type of gun DMR, SMG, Assault rifle or other?
Aeg or gas?
What type of game do you want to play woodland, cqb or both?
And most importantly do you have a defence?
He actually said he paid £150 for it in an earlier post so its even worse. At the end of the day its an entry level gun with a couple of bolt on accessories, nothing special about it at all worth a about £100.What was the point in OP asking for an appraisal if he was going to ignore whats said?
