Yeah apparently the Germans have a propensity for confiscating Airsoft guns at the border ?

I did have a ticket a few years ago but the logistics are what stopped me, hopefully if we can get a few people together then it’ll make the costs and organisation etc a little more manageable.

Me and the team were talking about this the other night, would love to go in the future! Let us know how it is!

Been looking forward to getting back to Gloucester Prison for a while having been after they first opened years ago. Really interesting site, great marshalling and no real issues with players. However, we all agreed that it was massively let down by the amount of players. No room in the safe zone so we were set up in a corridor, constant being stuck at choke points and in doorways. I’m working on a more in depth review, but as a team we’ll definitely be sticking to more rural sites in the future.

Further to my last; ended up in the Regal in Gloucester (Wetherspoons) trying to convince the bouncers to dance. What an evening.

Packed my stuff for the teams final outing of the year! UCAP Vendetta tomorrow, been a few years but can’t wait to get back there!

Yeah I’m really happy with my chest rig and belt combo. However, I’m off to UCAP Vendetta in a few weeks and am thinking about dusting off the plate carrier as I think it’ll be a bit more effective in the close quarters environment where there’s less kneeling down and crawling about. I can comfortably run 3-4 magazines on the front of it, and will probably just Chuck the remaining 2 on my belt.

What more do you need?! ?

I’ve gone full circle, can’t underestimate how effective it is. Can easily carry 6 magazines, radio and bangs. Then just my Glock 19 and magazines on my belt.

Had an absolute top day at Longmoor on Sunday with the boys. It was great to get back to such a fun site, and we managed to get in some sneaky woodland ambushes and building to building fighting. We did feel by mid afternoon that the opposing team were starting to throw the towel in a bit, which was odd because we were fairly outnumbered and I had assumed we would be the ones to get steam rolled ? It was the first time two of the guys on my team were having to use mid caps but I think it’s fair to say they enjoyed it!

Longmoor today with Legion Airsoft. Ran with the Mk18 recoil and Arktis chest rig again, the fleece came off when it warmed up and I was busy trying to work both squad and team level comms ? Spot on day though, and I’ll try and get a review together.

Be really interested to see the justification behind the asking price there ?

Had an absolutely spot on day with the lads down at Combat Airsoft in Thetford. Rain held out until we were nearly finished, no gun issues apart for one of the guys getting a dead battery, and got to use a fair whack of the site. One isolated incident where someone popped into the bunker with three of us and shouted ‘surrender’ and then moaned when I shot him but other than that no gameplay issues to speak of. Can’t recommend the site enough if you’re within distance, not had a bad day there ever!

Finally got to run my new loadout today! Mk18 performed phenomenally, was picking off people that before I wouldn’t even have bothered at and didn’t use nearly half as much ammo as I thought I would!
