Oh god yes ! Nothing makes you hate life more than being on your absolute chin strap AND having to lump a fully loaded assault rifle across open uneven ground , T’was mainly an SLR for me with a sterling chucked in the mix every now and again! ?

There ya go then ! ? A well fitted carrier (what ever the type) shouldn’t have any real affect on you ability to function due to you wearing it , if it does create any problems to your mobility then it’s not fitting correctly . ?

The osprey system is bloody heavy to start before you even put any kit on it BUT and this is the crucial bit , if it’s a properly sized and fitted to you you just don’t notice the weight , it just feels right . Ive seen loads on the field with ones that are obviously too big/small and I’d think there the ones that feel really really heavy to wear once fully ‘kitted out’ .

Had another Odin adapter turn up (to add to the AUG and shot shell ones I had yesterday) an AK this time from fleabay £8.40something delivered , yes it took 3wks to arrive BUT it’s the same one Patrolbase are bumping out for £11.99 so once you factor in you’ll end up buying more stuff (which you probably didn’t really want) to warrant the fixed delivery charge I was happy to wait 3wks for it .?

Your going to be at a right disadvantage with these bud , you won’t hear anything bar your radio chatter .

So I bought one of these , And after a few hrs with scissors and sewing machine I now have one of these a molle dump pouch . And with the use of these buckles I can turn it back in to a drop leg dump pouch .?

Oh yes most definitely ‘speshal’ ! ?? this one has had the @Iceni trigger bar mod already done to it so its got ‘safe,semi and auto’ if I want just semi only for each pull of the trigger , which is nice ! ?

AND in the great tradition of airsofters NEVER being happy with anything kit wise , was looking at the new AUG and thought “I know it’s a para so it’s ment to have a really short barrel but I ‘think’ prefer the look of the carbine” so one TM 416 barrel extender later and all is well in the universe , for now ! ?

I realise it still works as is but you’ve got your rear sight on back to front , if you turn it around , push it right to the back of the rail and fold it down over the charging handle you’ll get a lot more accurate shots out of it than you will the way you currently have it .?

To be honest I’ve always rated JG as one of the best Chinese clone’ers , the wire cross over was at the connector end , so me thinks Friday afternoon Wang pushed the pins in the wrong way round but then thought to him self “fluck it ! No one know it was me !” Problem was the wires aren’t coloured black and red they both have clear sleeves on them . AND it had a posh gearbox plate as well ! ? but not sure about the bearings .? Will say though it does feel bombproof really good and solid . i have ordered a folding front grip for it , it feels ok with the ris block and vert grip but I just prefer the look of the original folding foregrip , and for me it really is all about the look no matter how good a gatt performs if I don’t like the look of it I just won’t have it (the Evo is a perfect example , by all accounts there a cracking gun but I detest the look of them so I’d never have one) but everyone’s got there own ‘quirks’ when it comes to there kit ? And kit wise I shall be dusting off my Aussie DPU/DPDU and running around screaming “you awake Sheila ?” and “quick ! shove another shrimp on the fricking barbie ya drongo !” ???? Yooooouuuuuurrrrrr welcome ! ? ??

AND thanks to my ‘good friend’(git!) @FreeFrag.UK my latest moment of weakness has arrived ! A Snowolf (Jing Gong) AUG A1 para . was running a rather fruity 356fps on .25’s So via the magic of its quick change spring system I lopped of 3.5 coils and it’s now running a more manageable 309fps ! One thing I did discover was the wires had the polarity the wrong way around ! So corrected THAT fault as well when sticking the deans on ! Also @Iceni it’s already been mod’ed ! Looks like your design is getting about ! Think you better pattern it mate ! ?

Is it me or does he look like he’s hiding in a bunker ? You auditioning for the next ‘Fallout’ ? Where’s my Nuke cola !!! PS in your shoes I’d ditch the short magpul ’type’ grip and swap it for an old school knights vert grip or a tango down grip , that one looks out of place on it , just too modern .
