I know it’s a real “how longs a piece of string?” question and on your web page you’ve got a ‘get a quote’ section but what I was hoping for is you’d be able to tell us a VERY ruff ballpark figure for an M4 to be painted in something like one of your Templar type paint jobs ? Reason here not there is I was recently talking about your work and now know of a few players (like my self) who’d love one of your paint jobs but A; are not 100% sure about what to have done and B; all being family men don’t want too get all excited about a job AND then realize we can’t afford it ! ? If the colours were off there a good chance it’s somthing like Serbian or Croatian kit , loads of the old Eastern Europe countries use or did use US woodland but in slightly different colours to the US kit . ?

I’m a right tight arse when it comes to buying gear (cheaper the better) but I’m with Lozart on this one , camelbac/platypus/source/etc there hydro bags which are fully food safety rated un like the cheaper ones which are made from bog standard polyvinyl ( camel bac us copolyester polymer )The branded ones you can leave the water in it for over a wk and it’ll have no effect on it , the water in PV ones will start absorbing in under 12hrs (why when you get your kit ready the night before it tastes ‘plasticy’ The next day) so yea I break my own rule and buy the expensive ones when it comes to hydro bags .

Get the cheapest shit you can’t find and wash them a good few times with it but make sure you wash them inside out so ‘hopfully’ Won’t fade too much just dull it down a bit . But one thing I would say is be aware you’ll never get it as subdued in colour as to film kit as there kit is real issues ripstop , which is 100% cotton with a cris cross of nylon threads so stop long tares in the material .

Obviously it’s fresh out of the bag but bloody hell that camo is bright ! Does it feel as ‘nylon’ish’ as it looks ? Think ya going to be doing a shitload of washing it to try and ‘tone it down’ a bit ! ?
