Is that the same one that is a team up with DCA? On paper it would be good as Lambda externals with anyone else doing internals would be great. But not at the silly price point. But even that has gone silent for a long time.

It would be foolish IMO not to make a type 20 at this point. [Extremely simplistic viewpoint] They have the rubber moulds and dimensions for the externals, the stock is close to the scar so they don't have to spend loads in R&D on making that, the charging handle is non reciprocating so no SCAR broken issues there (for GBB or NGRS), and ambi fire selector is again already designed. They would need to make sure they can fit a gearbox in there or the MWS system, and the ambi mag release but thats about it. And official TM P-mags would just print money.

They will only need it to cost less than toxicant. Doesn't mean it'll be cheap. Will still sell out the first 3 production runs though i reckon, even if it turns out to perform a bit crap.

It's a strange one. I would think carefully about buying a £1,500 rif, but nearly as hard about buying 3 pistols at £200 and 2 aeg's at £600 in the space of a year. But i also now tend to look in the "higher-end" spectrum of stuff, and would rather buy at a higher price point for better quality unless there is a reason not to. Like i would use a Crye PC over a chinesium version due to build quality, fitment and so on. But still use £20 weapon lights as its a bulb on a battery and I don't see there being a £ to quality improvement for the 4 minutes it's on during a game.

So whilst waiting for files to upload at work, I did a bit more reading around the TM/Glock thing. So I'm now hearing that there wasn't a cease and desist, and that everyone is quoting each other as a source. It might actually be down to TM reviewing their manufacturing of the 17.5 and there being a design flaw which they are fixing before the next batch. So who knows...

Got any leads? My googling is on page 7 and can't see any.

They're harder to come by, but CQB in bigger areas. Such as old schools and factories, rather than a series of 90 degree bends and 2x2m interconnecting rooms. Longer lines of sight, multiple access points and so on. Going back a bit, Beaconsfield had a badger tac sight which was an old academy and was great as it was classrooms, presentation rooms, and old bar and stuff. Too bad the landlord moved up the redevelopment plans.
