I think the 'click'is just the mag touching the top of the mag space. When the mag is in can you pull it out without pressing on the mag release? Rather than modify all the mags out might be possible to add a shim or JBWeld to the top of the mag catch

I do get the wish to replicate and differentiate the various weapon types and representative calibers. If we're talking dream worlds then in addition I'd change the fire rates to more accurately match the real world counterparts.

Welcome ✋ Wow, they're hard to find now 🙄 The only place I found that says has stock is Sixmm 😬 I have ordered from them before but they don't have a good reputation. You should try to dismantle your mag as it's probably an easy fix (the follower is catching on something so needs a bit of sanding somewhere) Good luck

Using an adaptor in game is pointless because you're losing the benefit of the better contact from the Deans connector. I only use the adaptor to test a new pew before soldering on a Deans. Er, I think that's wrong if I'm reading it correctly + is Red and - is Black So your description of the Tamiya is correct but the Deans is the other way around.

This is my home-made adaptor so I know its the right way around

The hop rubber should be replaced after this amount of time but that will affect the BBs firing rather than feeding. Definitely clean the barrel too. The feeding problem is likely due to the magazine spring being too weak. Does it have a wheel at the bottom? If so then half fill the mag and wind the wheel until you feel more resistance. You should get a new mag to test with anyway. When you look into the BB feed tube (underneath), you should see the nozzle move in and out. If it doesn't clear the feed hole after firing then there's a problem in the gearbox. Just watched the video. I've never seen a transparent plastic gearbox before and it's cool to see. It looks like it's cycling correctly but I doubt it will last long especially with it's age so I would advise getting a metal one. EDIT: Just had a look and I could not find one in stock so if you get it working enjoy it while it lasts. Best of luck
