The WE Katanas are in HongKong and won't ship to UK ?

I just got one and noticed that it takes some wiggling to get the slide back on because the spring guide gets stuck on the frame in the lower. (Not very well designed) PM me if you need more info.

Depends how much you can afford. The most common will be the CYMA CM033 which it quite good for the price. Note that only the top half is metal even though they may say all metal body. Still feels good. You can buy real wood version or get a wood kit to put on. There is also a TM version which I think also metal upper only but not sure on that one. Then the most expensive and hard to find are the WE / CYBERGUN GBBR versions. All metal but fake wood in most. Search for video reviews

Yeah his must have a very low power spring (as he states). Mine's doing 430 on 0.2 I just had it all open to check internals and install a bearing spring guide. Working on it isn't as bad as 'someone' made it out to be.

My two sites still use fps but test with your chosen BB weight. It would be very easy for someone to lie about their BB weight though.

Hard to tell from the editing but did it take all those shots to get a hit? Its quite an impressive range no doubt. As I understand it, you just have to pay Guinness a rather hefty fee to come and 'witness' your record attempt.

The honourable thing to do would be send the payment back to TG. Its situations like this that convince them not to sell to UK anymore...

I guess it makes sense that the heavier the recoil the less it will last ?

I was considering a BOLT but my research on recoils brought me to THIS Out of curiosity, anyone tried one to compare? I found one for a good price at Bespoke and the recoil seems amazing to me but I haven't been able to compare to a BOLT or TM. It has a different impulse to my GBBRs of course but its almost more violent to the point that I'm wondering how long it will last ? Unfortunately they're hard to find now.

Don't worry this'll be short ? Another good day at Skirmish Wycombe. They do shortish 20-30 minute games usually capture & defend with the roles switched for the following game. There is some interesting terrain and varied structures which makes capturing and defending a bit more interesting. 4 marshals for about 60 players. They are a bit young so don't know how well they'd handle a difficult player. Luckily the times I've played there I haven't seen too much cheating. Lunch is VERY good and they cater to special requirements. Decent airsoft shop and tuck shop. Haven't tried the toilets but they are in a proper cabin.

I recently got an ICS/ASG XAE BLE from the classifieds. Its actually not that bad. Certainly not up to TM standards of course.
