      I may have put the flipped down sight on instead. however in the game the front sight has a floating dot which i wont be replicating

      Theres two versions of the front sight in game the one with the floating dot and the one which is doable

      Video games... also there are sights that feature "floating dots" however they arent very good so i wont be replicating that. Plus the floating dot on the sights that do exist are alot chunkier.

    Sorry it was the last one left Yeah im gonna be attempting to 3D print first. I have the game asset of the X95 from my favorite game which i will be reworking to match with a tavor grip from thingiverse which is to fit the real X95.

    I have a Umarex X95 which I'm wanting to setup to be a decent Airsoft replica. I was wondering if I need a firearms license just to buy grips and forends from IWI USA? (Was just a thought) im wanting to cut off the grip and set it up to take a Cutlass grip since I like it's appearance.

      Yup It was set at a slightly lower quality just to see if that was the best way to make it

      in its current form its a non destructive setup but i will be extending the rails over the existing rear sight block and lowering the rail profile. because having a riser mount for optics to see over the fixed ironsights looks ugly and also because i dont really care about the MP5s

      another reason for this is... wearing a face mask and using the guns sights is extremely uncomfortable. so when i have the tools to create the custom diopter and front sight it will be added on this MP5

      just wanna add that the rail exists in airsoft anyway thats what its based on.. the TM High Cycle MP5K extended to cover the existing rear sight.

    Been working on the MP5A3K build from First Assault on a JG MP5A3 for now. I will extend the rail over the back sight if possible. it may be slightly destructive if i have to shave down the rear sight block. The sights are almost completed as well and i will update here once i have put all the pieces together.

    Issues with the rear rail being a bit too high profile will also be addressed. i wanna keep the front and rear rail aligned and as low profile as possible.

      They are endangered, some having less than 10 available I will update once I acquire them, sorry about that. 2 of them are project guns the other is ready to skirmish with out the box.

    3D Printed a grenade prop from First assault. Seeing how it comes out.. the model itself is a bit blocky so it didnt do the 3D print justice. next time i print this i'll make it a higher quality functional prop with a spool and pin.

    First Assault Airsoft Project

    Im hoping to start collecting and making the weapons featured in this beloved shutdown game i used to play on soon. so i have a list of guns that i will want to acquire in the coming months. (http://www.imfdb.org/wiki/Ghost_In_The_Shell:_Stand_Alone_Complex_First_Assault)
    I currently own 3 weapons from this game. Those being the KSG-12, ARX-160 and MP7 though the MP7 isntt the best quality.

      That's the Tokyo Marui kp85. And you also look to have the TM 44automag in stainless which is quite rare now....Ah no just took a better look it's not.

      Here it is back when it was less worse for wear. i sprayed it with Krylon Olive spraypaint which oddly enough i still have.. the sheen from the body still comes through though...

    Hey guys I recently became interested in the X95 for a project im wanting to do. Does anyone have images of the gearbox itself? For some backstory im wanting the X95 to do up like the S25-R on First Assault. Only differences are the height of the rail on the front forend and the military style handguard.

    WHAT HAVE I DONE!!

    So i decided to mess around with my WELL D98 since its a pretty flimsy gun for Airsoft and came to this. something that actually looks more CQB than its original makeup.. i haven't got the chance to test it out yet as i tried a spring which barely fit and it might have burnt the motor out. I cut the barrel down. removed the stock and used one of the stock screws to put a 1 point sling on. i was originally planning to go for a briefcase thompson from Ghost in the shell.

    Just put a spring from my old AUG into my WELL D98 Thompson... its only a plastic gearbox... and the old spring might be 250-300fps better than the original which ended up being 120FPS

    Took my KSG out for the first time. its certainly a learning curve but i managed to get a few decent close and long range hits with it

      What sort of range do you get on it?

      Well its around about 300FPS and set to 6 shot the max range is about 25m-30m

    image.png.096ad61709c27ce70817ec854ada8a2d.pngFinally got my KSG after wanting one for 7 years. i followed the KSG since its inception and recently found that a bb gun version existed. so aside from the broken CA AUG A1 these are my higher tier Airsoft guns right now. The others are cheap bb guns

    Bought my first RIF after getting my UKARA. since im still new to airsoft and im now unemployed i can't go to town aha. last time i did i ended up with a CA AUG that never worked properly then broke a few years after.

      Sweet :3 theres quite a few guns i want but until i manage to find another job i'll have to make do with my Thompson, 1911 and KSG

      The Thompson is only 250FPS lol its terrible. Personally i want a HK417 or 6 an MP9 a Blaser R93 another AUG and a G36K any others i get will be minor curiosity ones that are cheap
