    Games all types of games. PC Gamer and Nintendo Switch and a fair board game collection. Oculus rift for VR games as well enjoy Onward for some shooting or beat saber. Watching tv shows and movies count as a hobby? Also anime too senpai. Little bit of cycling. Leaving passive aggressive comments on reddit airsoft pictures with magazines in guns and no eye protection is apparently one of my hobbies according to the people who read them....

    for the people who main a gas pistol as primary how often do you clean it?

     

    I've been doing mine once between skirmish days.

      @TheFull9 interesting I get black gunk of my rails every time I clean them post game day and it's a TM hi-capa stock slide.

      Could be impurities in the gas or dirt in the environment.  GBBs don't inherently create substantial fouling inside themselves when shot the way firearms do.  I mean heck maybe the TM plastic wears away just a tiny bit every game and that accumulates, who knows, I'd suspect the gas or environment first though.

      The black is the pot metal the TM frame is made of slowly wearing away.

      I do a basic clean of my pistol after every day / outing / event.

      Thats if its a clean day, if its wet or muddy then during the day - its amazing the state they get in after a couple of hours, especially if you have trenches!

    honestly just tell marshals when you see cheaters it makes the game better for everyone I know it's effort but best way to actually make future games better.

      forgot to say. Report your own team as well. Talking when dead, not taking hits you see it easier and marshals will know you have little reason to make it up.

    Stop on empty is something I like. My evo does it( but they have their own problems) To be fair I don't like hopups that aren't rotary and AKs are usually a sllder so it might be cheaper but is lacking a few features like stop on empty, EBB and the rotary hopup. Not really apples to apples but they both shoot bbs about as far as you can.

    Only played 1 game with it so far ( a full days skirmish). It was good no issues aiming down my EVO with it but I think some guns might work out differenlt depending on the stock and scope height. Exceptional protection I just wear a baseball hat backwards to cover my forehead then slip the mask on and tigtening up the ratchet strap at the back. Much less of a fafe than goggles/lowermask/hat. A lot more comfortable than all the straps in my previous setup as well. No fogging on the day at all and I winded myself a few times sprinting more than I should. Wish I could wear a boonie with it tho but the baseball cap should shade my neck from sun.

    Clear thermal lens for dye i5. Noticed I struggled shooting in to shaded buildings at first outing with the i5 so hopefully sorts it out.

    I got my Esstac Kywi Pistol Pouches but I think I need to cut a gap for my hi-capa feed lips the retention isn't as tight as I would like I don't think they are seating far enough in.

      I've cut a gap on the botton for the feed lips on one of them it seems much better. It's the taper on the hi-capa /2011 magazies work against the retention method of the kydex but if you can get the mag far enough down then it can grip the flat sides on the magazine.

    Ha my only pistol pouches are on my chest rig and they are awful. The TMC spiritus clone. I wanted single pouches so I could space them apart to get a good grip sort of like a competition shooter. 2 on my belt 1 in the gun is 90 rounds of pistol ammo. I could always run 50 round hi-capa mags if I need more.

    any ideas on why they are two toned? Like in the UK you can't return two tone guns but surely his friends could have ordered these monstrosities them selves if they wanted them?

    Probably a really noob thing to ask but how do you clear your GBBP barrel at the end of a game? Only way I've figured out is emptying a magazine or inserting an emtpy mag to fire the last bb out of the chamber.

      I picked up a second hand TRMR E1 x4 for £50 thinking I'd just get the base and be sorted. I contacted  jdairsoft age ago they said new stock end of april but they certainly never stocked up.
