  1. This is what really gets me about airsoft manufacturers. Anyone who buys a 1st gen gun is essentially paying hundreds of pounds just to be a glorified beta tester
  2. Nowhere near as fancy as other builds here but meh. I decided to do a "paracord" (a boot lace really) wrap and sling loop on my GE 870 as there's no way to attach a sling. Nowhere near the prettiest job but it does what it's supposed to
  3. I just checked companies house for both techtonic innovations and extreme airsoft and there's sweet fa for both
  4. Ffs. I swear some of these twats won't learn till someone gets shot and when that happens you know we'll all end up taking a bite of the shit sandwich
  5. Why not go for a gas pistol? I find they're great for CQB as rifles/smgs loose their full auto advantage (assuming the site is semi auto only) and the smaller size makes getting around tight spaces alot easier.
  6. From this thread it appears their communication skills aren't great. How did you pay?
  7. Green gas should be fine especially this time of year. The only time I'd be careful about it is in the middle of summer when temperatures are high. Using a more powerful gas will cause parts to wear quicker but, unlike the claims some make, it won't explode into a million pieces on the first trigger pull. I've found a toothbrush is useful for getting dirt and grease out of the little books and crannies
  8. I remember when these were released and all the hype around them. Has it really been 15 years? Cheers, now I feel old
  9. Well that's err, different. I can see it being useful for players but It'd be a nightmare for staff planning games around the numbers
  10. My teacher at school said I'd never be any good at poetry due to my dyslexia. It shows how much he knew as I've made 2 vases and an ashtray this afternoon
  11. Don't be surprised if your pistol becomes your primary in cqb as the smaller size over even a SMG means its easier to move through tight spaces I've owned a couple of WE gbb pistols but that's mainly down to being after a particular model nobody else makes rather than because they're WE. It's not that they're bad, but there's better out there As the seller states it's not the prettiest, but you cant go wrong with a TM and the Hi Cappa are a popular choice for a good reason
  12. Insert Michael Jackson popcorn meme here
  13. Good call. In my experience they last far longer than other similarly priced gloves
  14. If you haven't already I highly recommend a pair of gloves, especially for CQB. Take a hit to the fingers or knuckles and you'll understand
  15. Hello and welcome. As others have posted the Nuprol is a good choice for a starter gun, don't think that more expensive always means better performance. Also don't start thinking about "upgrades" till you've used it a few times. This way you'll have a better idea what you want from it Well done on avoiding the usual newbie mistake of buying a whole load of kit that you like the look of that gets used once before being consigned to the back of a cupboard.
  16. I take it you don't have any indoor sites nearby? I've played in strong winds before and it can hilarious or bloody frustrating watching your shots fly away
  17. His car is a piece of old crap too iirc 24 hours after liking this post I realise it's going to take me 3 hours to get to my next gameday thanks to the trains not running
  18. You guys are being very forgiving with still giving out warnings. I'd be just deleting the offending ads
  19. Into cryptocurrency too. Clearly not that bright then
  20. It's always a shame when shops close down (minus a couple of exceptions where I'd probably smile a little if they went under). Unfortunately that's the nature of retail though, bricks and mortar shops need to be located where they'll get customers walking in and by their nature these sort of places will have higher overheads like rent and business rates which invariably will be passed on to the customer. Tbh I was always surprised at A2's old shop in Little Chalfont. A little village didn't exactly strike me as the best place for a shop in such a niche market
  21. Cant count. Different numbers given for how long he was in
  22. I saw one of his videos from Urban Assault a few years ago and the number of obvious hits he shrugged off and carried on playing was ridiculous I've seen jelly that wobbled less. I'm sure any ex squaddies would know how long they were in for https://www.whitespheretactical.co.uk/product/boneyard-tokyo-marui-mp7-gbb-tan/6342?cp=true&sa=true&sbp=true&q=false Alternatively you could spend £40 more and get a new one with a warranty that works from the same shop
