  1. Well if they can't be arsed to reply to, what I assume was a simple enquiry, then they obviously don't need or want your money.
  2. Never heard of them but a quick look online doesn't give me much confidence in them.
  3. That's not far off the DPM used by Oman
  4. Especially when said paint job looks like it was done by a drunk 6 year old
  5. If anyone is after ammo boxes preppers shop have a clearance sale on with up to 78% off https://preppersshop.co.uk/ammo-box-clearance-623-c.asp
  6. At least this time it's the same price as new. His only other listing is from 4 months ago for the same pistol at £120
  7. £135 including postage Bear in mind that if the shop does this and you get caught you can be fined and/or face criminal prosecution as it's considered fraud.
  8. My Specna Arms SA CO2. I replaced the crane stock for a regular one, and added the railed foregrip
  9. Is it wrong that I'm tempted to sign up just to ask where the gas goes in it?
  10. Tbh I'm surprised they lasted as they did. Their boxes didn't seem like the sort of thing many people would buy regularly
  11. I use one of these for face protection in cqb. https://www.bullseyecountrysport.co.uk/invader-gear-airsoft-mkiii-balaclava-hood-with-steel-half-face-mask-46384-p.asp
  12. I'm sure I heard of at least one Asian shop offering something similar years ago. From what I remember it also comes with the risk that if customs stop it and double check the price the buyer could be charged tax evasion.
  13. I've never taken the king's shilling but as I understand it that's very realistic
  14. Then you are a man with exquisite taste (I fully admit I'm a bit of a fanboy of german guns, especially HK)
  15. Good point, although if they did it would probably cause quite a few people to rush out and buy one. Similar to the way so many people started panic buying toilet roll and pasta when the news started reporting on shortages during the covid pandemic
  16. Probably about 2 minutes after any official announcement is made
  17. Did the cold never bother you anyway? IMO that's irrelevant. If Jez's source has asked not to be named then it's only right that he honours that.
  18. That sounds like exactly the sort of thing I would've done Isn't that normal for here?
  19. I mean more of a lack of common sense in adults who should know better. When it comes to teenagers/kids I'd half expect them to be up to dumb stuff, I know I did alot of things which looking back could've gotten me killed or seriously injured
  20. One of the things I like about our hobby is that folk can choose to spend as little or a much as they like without a huge gap in performance. Whether you like them or not a large part of this is down to the Chinese clones getting better quality, a great example of this is magazines, 20 years ago a single AEG magazine was around £30. It's from a neurotransmitter called Dopamine. https://www.webmd.com/mental-health/what-is-dopamine
  21. Tbh that just sounds like common sense. Something that unfortunately isn't that common anymore
  22. Also don't forget the list price doesn't include postage which will push the total cost up significantly
  23. No. Once again the muzzle energy is over 1.3j so is a section 5 firearm and with a rof that high you're going to piss people off very quickly. There's also the issue of what happens when it gets into the country. If HMRC get their hands on it and you can't provide a defence it'll go in the crusher and you won't get your money back. Is there any reason you're not wanting to buy from a UK shop?
