Used a Reprap (Cost about £250-£300 to make) to make a part to replace the weakened original, which is load bearing, for an Ergotron MX Monitor Arm, It currently has £3500 worth of monitor on it (all 13kg's of it), I have absolute faith that the one above would be more than sufficient for a go pro (<1kg?)

Well its not a high cycle, according to G&G those are being recalled as they have very low fps and chew themselves to bits rather promptly.

Whoever told you Flash Mags reduce the noise is talking utter rubbish, if anything they're worse. If you buy Lonex (or ASG rebranded) they will give about 2 years service until the ratchet spring fails. But then a replacement spring is a few pence to replace. If you however buy the cheap ones, you'll get a few months tops before the whole mechanism collapses, which is virtually irreparable. Had a few of each for a Dytac for woodland games, the Lonex were drastically better.

More marketing BS from G&G. It needs a stock tube LiPo, not exactly difficult to get hold of, a smart charger such as a Imax B6 or a Turnigy Accucell 6 is needed however. The cheap power brick ones are no good. No G&G gun as far as I am aware comes with a battery or charger. And I've had a lot of them in the past 5 years. Those midcap mags are what i've bought to go along with it, so I shall be able to give a fair assessment of those as well.
