  1. pretty much the dbls in a cheaper form, really interesting and tbh, for a while, I thought that this was probably going to be the next novelty in airsoft: actual electric blowback with instant trigger
  2. I remembered incorrectly, I actually cut the spring instead of swapping it. I use 0.45g normally as it was a bit over the limit when i got it, so I just cut a coil.
  3. I have the b&t spr300. It is by far the best sniper rifle out of the box I've used and I've used a lot. I only have extra mags for it, and upgraded the spring power and it still works just fine after a year.
  4. Well guys, it's been a while. So, some of you may remember that I have been working on something for the past 5 years: First one version Second version Third version Fourth version And now, I have finally completed it, the MOSQUITO MK1. If you didn't know already, the MOSQUITO is a 3D printed airsoft design, purposefully made to compete against other rifles in terms of looks, size, weight, and customisability. If you break a part, oh well! Just print another one! It uses a traditional V3 AEG gearbox and the usual AEG hop and barrel. However, you won't need a hop chamber. That's right, the hop chamber is 3D printed and proven to be very reliable on the field. Saves you from buying a new one. It has been designed to be as easy to print and source parts for as possible, using standard metric components. This final MK1 release vastly improves on the previous version in almost every way possible: New handguard design New mock bolt design New folding iron sights Refined grip design Refined folding stock Hope you guys enjoy it. I can finally move on 🙃. It's been five years since the original. Get it here! https://www.printables.com/model/1403014-mosquito-mk1-airsoft-kit And apologies in advance, the documentation is insane at 114 pages, and it isn't even done because I had to rush this release a bit. Hope you guys still have a shred of attention span that has been whittled away from brainrot of all sorts, BECAUSE I SURE HAVENT HAHAHAHA
  5. Whenever I see this (made by yours truly):
  6. Man, I still regularly visit the forums after all these years. Started off on it, went off for a while, and now still coming back. The quality and pace of discussions here is still much higher than the skibidi-rizz-adhd-gooner-mogging talk everywhere else. Discord is a decent place to chat about airsoft too but you have to be more selective and in the know-how on where to go because, being the real-time chat service it is, there are quite the few special folk of all sorts that don't think before they speak.
  7. Think about it, even if they do, they're not going to call the entire westminster swat team, barge into your house, and lock you up for life because "WHERE'S UR LOISENCE M8???". Police are just normal people like you and me, and understand bullshit that people spit out. So likely they will just laugh at you for being duped.
  8. You can get rough locations by typing the number on google. Information brokers like 192 can be used to search for people's info. The guy has probably used info that is publicly avaiable and likely isn't a "l33t" hacker. Probably some angry bald man who failed highschool. That said, watch your social media and where you post your info etc from now on, and retroactively, because they can all be traced
  9. Uh... 3D printing will be more expensive my guy.
  10. "guys I just bought this gun is it any good"
  11. As collin mentioned, look on the other side of the gearbox. When you squeeze the trigger, there is a part that rotates upwards in a curve. When you put it into safe, there should a plate with a knob that block its path. If it fires in safe, it probably means the knob is broken off or the plate isn't engaging properly.
  12. Most likely the connection between the nozzle and bb is off. Check if the nozzle is cycling properly. Get a torch and look down the hop chamber or something when you're firing. Maybe the bucking is off alignment too.
  13. Tbh most BBs are decent nowadays. You don't see much of those old 0.12g or 0.2g bags with bubbles in them anymore, at least in reputable stores and sites. I think it is harder to find a bad bag than a good one now.
  14. Vector optics is solid, especially the maverick. i have used that to snipe and the parallax is dead on.
