When my hospital changed trusts we all had to have new ID badges so when they arrived there was a bag full of the new badges and a bag full of those extendable wire keychains , but unfortunately due to my age and rapidly advancing dementia I complete forgot I’d already picked one up and grabbed a few more ! ??

The topic of ‘Fees’ rears it’s ugly little heads quite regularly and in the end it always ends up the same way , you’ve got one side that says you should have one single figure that you ask for that covers everything and on the other you’ve got the ones who go in to very long winded reasons for why you have the goods price and then P&P plus PayPal is tagged on after . One of the biggest reasons they Say this seems to be letting the buyer choose the delivery method instead of setting it them selves wether by parcelfarce/ Royal fail or Hermies/etc me I just do Royal Mail/Parcelfarce as my preference for who I’ll send via and that’s that you want anything else ? Sorry no can do .

Similar event for me , got one of the briefcase sized divided boxes to put all my hundreds of dremel bits’n’bobs in spent a good few hrs transferring from half a dozen different packs and kits and what not so there all neatly sectioned off by use and then couple o wks ago I decided to balance it in the corner of the breakfast bar while I did a piddly little job and promptly knocked it off and there’s Dremel shit everywhere ! So yes I am a knobhead ! ?‍♂️

Not a particularly epic make just a small alteration to make a rig more useful to me . I’m not a great user of pistols always carry one but vary rarely extra mags so the ones you often find on rigs aren’t much use to me . Bought a mini rig of @lucaslu1709on theses very forums (cheers bud?) which had two pistol mag pouches on the front , so split the two centre seams on the elastic , stripped the webbing panels off the front of the pouches then stitched two sections of elastic to make one single and used the shock cord from the top of the pistol pouches to make the bottom retainer . Simples !

Famous last words ! ?‍♂️??? with coloured kit try washing it inside out and at a lower temp , will help the colour last longer ?

And because who ever has changed the inner hasn’t shortened it so you can’t actually run it with out the bloody suppressor on it ! As to the ‘custom paint job’ was it done by a professional painter(can’t see Geartech mentioned any where) ? Where the paints individually Mixed just for him ? Think it’s safe to say as if ! so no it’s not a ‘custom paint job’ All he’s done is just lay a scrim net on it and given it a couple of squirts with a rattle can ! ?‍♂️

Aaahh the innocents of the new player , if only he knew what’s ahead of him ! ??? Seriously though mate yes there expensive(but best things usually are)but no way I’d call the TM recoil range ‘posh or Gucci’ by any stretch of the imagination , those are two terms used when referring to kit that’s desirable but realistically no better than the cheaper versions you can get(like when you see squaddies tooling around Sennybridge wearing the what ever the SAS are wearing this season !) I genuinely believe (as do many other players)theres nothing on the market that’ll touch a TM recoil for range and accuracy out of the box , absolutely nothing .TM’s are about the only airsoft guns that you can turn around and say “yea the hype is true and there worth every penny” believe me it’s ALL true what people say about them . Equally I believe you have to be off your trog to sink hundreds and hundreds of pounds in to them as they’ll never be as reliable as they where before ‘upgrading’ them . ?

It’s a running argument between the two main camps of TM recoil fan , on the one side(the side I’m on) you have the players who say leave well alone they don’t NEED to be upgraded bar sticking a deans on it . Then in the other are the ones who say it’ll become the ultimate BB slinger by basically changing near everything in it turn it in to ‘triggers broom’ , which my side thinks rather defies the point of having one in the first place ! ? PS you can NEVER save or regain the magic dust once you crack the gearbox open .?

Unfortunately no he’s not joking and yes he is deadly serious with his asking price . Take it your new’ish to the world of TM recoils as ‘Kingdom of airsoft’ has an almost mystical reputation with your really obsessive recoil fanboys , it takes literally mths to get him to even look at your gun AND then even more mths to get it done and back ! Dropping a grand on one of his ‘upgrades’ is the norm so yea 1,200 is nothing unusual .

They are a sweet bit of kit , Ben the owner of ‘warhead airsoft’ is a really nice bloke , he plays at my regular site .
